Now we have our liberal legislaters proposing bans of "Assault Handguns". Gun-Grabbing Senator Demands The ATF Ban Both ‘Assault Rifles’ And ‘Assault Pistols’. Now I assume she means semi-automatic pistols with the capabilities to hold magazines with more than 7 rounds of ammunition. (Like most common semi-automatic handguns do now) This senator is trying to describe a handgun that is ready for your self-protection as an assault hangun. This would be a gun such as Glocks with double-stack magazines holding more than 13 rounds of ammunition. One of the most common guns purchased for self-protection and Concealed Carry.

Personally I carry either a XDM 9mm with a 13 round magazine, or a XD.45 with a 13 round magazine. Depending on where I am going I will bring an extra magazine or two. I plan on being able to come home not going to the morgue or hospital. If this makes me evil then well I am evil. But you know what I will be alive and evil.

So we have another senator that wants to make criminals of citizens by making it illegal for them to have the tools to protect their families, homes and selves. For once I would love to see a legislater make a law that substantially affects a criminal who possesses a handgun or rifle instead of the law abiding citizens of the United States.
